Question about LG F9200/F9100 Headset

Display screen I got this new phone and when i turned it on for the first time it worked fine (minus the sim card). I put it on the charger. WHen I put my sim card in and turned my phone on (about 3 hours later)the graphics on the screen were messed up. It looks like a TV screen with EXTREMELY bad reception. I can't read anything on the screen. I have tried 3 different sim cards, a new battery, and i tried my sim card in my sister's phone which is exactly like mine and my card works in hers, but her battery or any other sim card doesn't work in mine. I have concluded that its the phone not the battery or sim card (duh). I have only touched this phone twice. What could cause this and how can I get it fixed??

Looks like a LCD display problem. Send it back to where you purchased it to avail of the warranty replacement.

Verizon is a cdma network and does not use sim cards you will have to go into the store to get the phone switched (they might charge you $20) or call customer service (1-800-922-0204) or do it online yourself by logging on to the vzw my account website.

The problem is most likely the battery which you can purchase HERE
---If you know someone with the same phone, ask to try theres.

It's more of a personal choice of if you want to try purchasing a battery or upgrading your phone. You can then put your SIM card in the new phone and it's as simple as that. (phone must be for the same service provider as the old one)

Nokia 6288 wont turn on
If you encounter situation like below on your phone,
1. Blank screen phone unable to reboot.
2. Phone only able to boot-up to "Nokia" word screen.
3. Install some program but not able to uninstall it after that.
4. Error messages such as "Child Installer" keeps popping-up.

Do a Full phone formatting on your phone! as steps below,

1. Make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery power left.

2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card.

3. Switch-off your phone.

4. Press and hold 3 keys;

Green dial key, * (star key) & no. 3 key and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone.

Remember, do not let go all of the keys and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!
