The system i have is the older version of this system, but basically the same thing. all of my speakers work separately, but when i want to put them all on it wont work. i can put on stereo mode and have the left and right speaker plus the sub work, but when i want the center speaker on it just comes out of the center speaker and sub but no sound comes out of the left and right. i dont know what to do, if i can just reset it but i dont know how to do that. any help would be good
I had a similar problem. Believe it or not, I randomly switched which ports the speaker wires used to connect to the receiver and kept playing with it with music going until all the speakers were making noise.

Hi,i suggests there is a loose or broken connection on your video connections between the Koss KS3102 System dvd player
and tv. Having sound suggests the optical pickup is fine. If you did
not have sound then the Koss KS3102 System dvd player could have been broken. If checking
the connections doesn't work, try a cleaning disk.
I have the same problem. This works for some people, it didnt work for me. 1. Remove any discs 2. turn the unit off and unplug 3. wait about 20 secs and replug the power cord. 4. turn unit back on .Press dvd button on the remote to take unit to the dvd mode. 5.Using remote enter 76419. The display should say GOODBYE and go off. Press the power botton again to turn on and good luck
I found a few manuals that may have a similar model number but none of them contain the Koss Receiver, you may want to try a few random receiver numbers and see if anything works, these are all the universal codes i could kind for koss receivers: 255,424,495,624,636,744
Had the same exact problem today. Called and e-mailed Koss today and was told player was made by Koss Electronics, not Koss headphones and that Koss Electronics went out of business. Finally just started hitting random 4 digit combinations and would you believe 0000 works? lol
