I have this envelope that states i have one unread sms, but the fact is i have no unread sms's. I'v deleted sms's,in my inbox ,sent messages folder, photo's ,switched the phone off ,switched it back on but this envelope still does not seem to go away and it's the most annoying thing ever. Considering my phone is brand new, Not even 2 months old ,so i can't understand why it's giving me this problem. How do i get rid of this Envelope please.

Envelope usually indicated a text message. Usually, if you have unread text messages your little envelope will have a number one or number two, etc in red on it.
You will need to go to your text message icon to open your text message screen.. It might be called *Inbox* but it's not email only text or SMS messages.
This means you have an incoming SMS message but you have run out of space for new messages. So you need to delete your old messages saved on your phone. Once messages are deleted, the blinking goes away and incoming SMS will be received.
This means you have a text message, look for something that says "messages" and go in and read them all. After you read them or delete them the envelope will go away, if you have problems ask someone to help you find your text messages in your phone.
That envelope may be your email! Go start your email and see if you have any new ones, and see if the icon goes away. You can turn off email notification in the email application.
Yet another essential detail: It might happen that your Nokia E52 is unable to read old messages from your sim card. At least this happened to me, when putting my old card (used in some 6-7 years old nokia phone) to a new E52. No message was visible but they were there!!! The solution: Put the card into your old nokia (switch it perhaps to the card memory) and then delete the old messages (below some number - you must try the amount- or all of them). Then the things work.
It is in fact an unpleasant incompatibility and Nokia should mend it!
