The speakers on my Razr sound really fuzzy and tinny
My razr is only a few months old and I haven't used it for for about 2 weeks now because my friends that have mobiles are overseas so I have had no reason to use my phone. i went to use it last night for the first time and discvered that the sound is all funny. I haven't dropped it or put it near water that I am aware of. But all of the game tones and ringtones sound terrible!
They sound really tinny and fuzzy like an old record. Help!!

1. Turn off your phone when it's not in use. If you're not using your Verizon Wireless Razr, then shut it off. Your battery will last much longer if you regularly do this. 2. Charge your phone less. If you charge your Razr nightly, then your cell phone battery won't last long. Try to charge your phone only a few times a week to extend the battery life. 3. Keep your Bluetooth turned off when you're not using it. Applications, like Bluetooth, are notorious for sucking the power from a cell phone battery. 4. Protect your Razr from extreme temperatures. Your cell phone battery lasts longer if kept at room temperature. 5. Discharge the Razr fully. Before you charge your phone, let it completely die. You can extend the life of the battery by regularly discharging and then fully charging it. 6. Leave the battery in the phone. Keep the Razr battery dry and free of dirt to prolong its life.
When you notice this problem are you inside a building that gets poor cell service? If so the buildings walls are causing the problem. The battery has to work extra hard to find a signal. If this is the problem then their is really no solution.
Try the phone while plugged in and see what happens. If it works fine then it's probably the battery or the contacts to the battery. I've had a problem with my razr that's similar to this. My razr is on the keys light up when i press something but the screen is completely blank open and closed and all the buttons work. Best thing to try is leave out with battery and sim card out and it might start working again. However if it is only 2 months old it should still be covered under warranty.
