From the info you given, it seems your current bios version is 1.0.
There is a newer version that is 1.5. Refer to the link below :

activate youre lan in bios and then you use the setting provided by your internet cafe and gaming zone

it's not motherbord problem. that's internet problem

Take your computer to a computer-store, give a full explanation of the help you need, and pay them to assist you.

At this point the first thing i would check would be the capacitors make sure they aren't bad click HERE for a pic of capacitors. the green ones are good the blue ones are bad. sometimes there isn't stuff popping out the top sometimes they are just domed.. if those are good i would try a different processor.. i have also seen in a few computers the memory cause it to not power (not sure if the M871G would do this but its a possibility )

Sorry but you're board does not support DDR2 memory.
Only 2 x 184-pin DIMM sockets support two 2.5V DDR SDRAMs (DDR400/333/266). There are two PC Chips M871G.
One is M871G (V1.5) & the other is M871G (V3.1). Neither support DDR2 memory. DDR2 memory used DIMM slots with 240-pin. The memory slots on you're board uses 184-pin. The board will not function with 240-pin memory.

Hi valentin122, you're board does not support PC2700 memory.

See page 2-5 in you're manual.
The mainboard provides 2 slots for 184-pin, 2.5V unbuffered DDR DIMM with 4 memory banks. You can install PC1600/PC2100 DDR SDRAM modules on the DDR DIMM slots (DDR 1~2).
To operate properly, at least one DIMM must be installed.
Here is a link for you're memory. To reach you max GB, you would need 2 DIMMS.
