Question about Epson Stylus Photo R340 InkJet Printer
I have an epson r340 printer,i`ve only had it for just over a month and it`s stopped feeding paper all together! can anyone tell me what the problem could be?.... It was working fine all day yesterday until i wanted to do another print then it just stopped all together. all epson what to do is replace a brand new printer which i paid quite a bit of cash for, for a quality assuered printer and beleive me they can also give problems too. So anyway if anyone has any suggestions, i would be happy for the information given ... Many thanks
The friction feed roll might be dirty from paper lint, ink glazed or it might have something stuck in it ( a piece of paper from a jam etc.)

I have now broken my third Epson printer (R340 this time) following a paper jam. If you can't get at the paper to pull it through in the direction of normal flow, you have to pull it back from the paper feed tray. This can easily break something inside the printer. I agree with the note from HazyDave. Epson printers print very well indeed. Their photo quality is first class.Their paper feed is poor & unreliable; access to the interior is very difficult so that jams may be very difficult to rectify.

Tips for a great answer:
this many sheets
Epson Bright White Paper
Epson Presentation Paper Matte
Epson Photo Paper Glossy
Epson Premium Photo Paper Glossy
Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper Glossy
Epson Premium Photo Paper Semi-gloss
Epson Premium Presentation Paper
Epson Premium Presentation Paper Matte Double-Sided
Epson Photo Quality Self-Adhesive Sheets
Epson Iron-On Cool Peel Transfer Paper
If the paper jams, do
1. Gently pull any jammed paper out from the output
tray or sheet feeder.
2. To eject the jammed paper, try turning the Epson
Stylus NX400 off and then back on.
If that doesn't work and paper is stuck inside, turn off the Epson Stylus NX400. Open the scanner, remove the jammed paper and torn pieces, close the scanner, and turn the Epson Stylus NX400 back on.
