Hi, I bougt an bosch dishwasher an oldy to keep me at ease until i get in my new house where new equipment will be installed.
This oldy, sometimes it stops filling with water and the program halts.
When i tilt it an couple degrees, water comes spilling from unterneath. That must not be normal. I Reckon.
But after that it restarts , fills with water and everything works fine until the next day.
My quess its leaking somewhere and a sensor shuts it down.
But how do I open the pan to inspect it?
Suggestions? Diagrams , photot;s how to remove the pan?

Hi Gilgol, The link below is a Bosh Dishwasher list of error codes, I believe your error code is E3....CHEERS.. http://removeandreplace.com/2015/10/09/bosch-dishwasher-error-codes-how-to-clear-what-to-check/ Bosch Dishwasher Error Code E3
Fault Condition: Not filling with water
Repair or Check: If the water supply cut-off valve on the dishwasher is completely open but the dishwasher will not fill with water then shut off the water supply and unplug the dishwasher. Remove the water fill line and check to see if the water inlet screen valve is plugged up. If so then replace the water valve. Cleaning the screen can make the issue worse so always replace if the screen is clogged. The valve can get stuck open from gunk and therefore flood or overfill.
Parts Required: Water inlet valve Bosch Water Inlet Valve Assembly for Dishwasher
see the following causes: Make sure you get water to the dishwasher. Check to see if the water
shut-off valve
(located under the sink)
is open. If you get water to the dishwasher, but there
is still no water inside
during the fill cycle, the problem might be with a faulty
water valve (located at
the bottom of the dishwasher) see diagram 2) faulty float switch, test for open or faulty. see the diagram attached. God bless you
Your dishwasher water fill valve is defective. Remove power from the DW. Remove the bottom toe kick panel. The water valve has the incoming water line connected to it.Remove the wires from the valve. If the water stops entering you have a bad timer. If it makes no difference you have a bad valve. The valve is a replaceable part. The timer is a replaceable part.
Does it make the same noise when it's just filling or just when the motor starts? Usually just filling the dishwasher opens a valve and doesn't run the pump. If it makes noise during filling the valve may be getting hot and shorting, or may have a loose connection, or air may be in the water supply line causing the valve to bounce. If it takes a long time to fill the filter may be clogged.
