Remove the tuneup utility program.

Go to Control Panel, pick programs and features and click on the tuneup program. It should then give you the option to install it.

Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: integrator.exe Application Version: 12.0.2110.8 Application Timestamp: 4ec65a41 Fault Module Name: MainControls.bpl Fault

If this is causing you to have crashes, the .exe is probably corrupt. It belongs to booster and certain tuneup utility programs ("Dachshund Integrator or TuneUp Utilities (version 2006, 2009) or Glary Utilities (version 3) or Glary Utilities PRO or Auslogics BoostSpeed"). If you have any of these programs installed I'd uninstall it and restart your computer. Then reinstall if you want to use the program still, though preferably after an update. I'd also clean your computer with CCleaner and remove junk files before reinstalling. This will clear corrupted files that might not have been removed with the uninstallation of the program. If you continue to experience this issue, install sandbox and make sure the program runs within sandbox. This will prevent any faults or issues with the program from interfering with your OS.

RTL120.BPL

From the Microsoft Forum
LemP replied on
Community Moderator " alt="Most Recommended Discussion"> It would have helped to have the complete error message so I wouldn't have to guess, but rtl120.bpl appears to be related to something called "TuneUp Utilities 2010." Further, some anti-virus applications apparently were detecting this file as a Trojan horse (and thus deleting it or quarantining it) although those "false positive" detections were from Dec. 2009 and I would have expected the issue to have been long since dealt with.

Assuming that you have something like TuneUp Utilities 2010 installed, I suggest that you uninstall it. As a general rule, such utilities don't provided much benefit (other than to the income of the vendor) but have the potential for causing problems to your system. If you can't uninstall whatever it is from Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, you will probably succeed with free Revo Uninstaller. MS MVP (Windows Desktop Experience) 2006-2009

Want to download rtl120.bpl

Do you remember what is the last program you installed on the computer? If it is TuneUp Utilities, try to unistall them and see if that fixes your problem.

If you need any additional help, let me know.

My computer keeps on telling me that rtl20.bpl is missing and to reinstal it but how do I do that?

Depending on the Security Software, you didn't mention, it requires a Removal Tool that can be found, sometimes, on the Security Software's website. For further assistance respond to this post.
