Question about NZXT GUARDIAN ATX Mid-Tower Case

Can't turn on Computer

Hi, I have bought this computer, and I tried to use it to build a computer using an Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard, an AMD AM2 4600+ CPU (Dual Core) and a HIS X1950XTX. The problem is that the power won't turn on. After I turn on a 550W power supply that came with the case, the light on my motherboard lights up, but when I press the power button on the front of my case, nothing happens. Also, I'm fairly certain I have attached all the cables correctly.

I'm sure that i have connected the power cables. Is there any chance that the switch on the case could be broken?

I have an old hp pavilion 512w and the cpu and its fan won't turn on and the led light in front won't light up either. My power supply works and the hard and both cd drives and the floppy work to I tried disconnecting everything and I pulled the ram from the computer and still nothing. I clean all the parts inside and try the one by one step. so can anyone tell me if the motherboard and cpu is bad or is it something else? I could really use the help

Have you attached the CPU power cable from the PSU to the CPU power terminal next to the CPU. Double check you have the power and reset connectors tthe correct way around.

I'm looking for a copy of a install disk for a ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard that I can download.

I assume that you are looking for the ASUS drivers, utilities, etc. You can go to and select service, support, motherboards, and enter your data to get to your model and select to download drivers. If you are looking for an operating system install disk you have to go buy that.

New build computer wont turn on (ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe Socket 939)

The ATX power supply needs to have pin16(PS_On#) to be connected to COM for it to work. When you press the power switch on the front panel of the computer, you are essentially making this connection. Check that the cable from the power supply to the motherboard is making good connection. You can verify operation of the power supply by shorting Pin16 to pin17 on the powersupply output, with a paper clip. Pin16 is usually a green wire and 17 is black. Hope this helps. -Vish
