Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
My sister had a similar problem with hers. Try doing a hard reset: While the phone is on and closed flip it so ur looking at the back side. Above the Motorola logo u will see a little silver bar. Be careful with these next steps cause if u are really rough u could break a small part (u have to be really rough to actually break something). Put ur finger nail on it and push down and pull at the same time so that the panel with the Motorola logo pops off. It should be easy to get off. Now u should see the battery with the big Motorola logo on it. U need to pull it out by sliding it downward so that the top comes out. Leave it out for a minute (to allow the phone to reset), then put it back on the phone and replace the cover. Hopefully ur problem will be fixed when u restart the phone.
