I am trying to change my password and greeting on my phone. can you help me with this?

To re-record the main greeting, enter Feature 983. if your system has 2 digit intercom #s your default password is 120000 if your system has 3 digit intercom #s your default password is 1020000. once you have entered the password you will see 3 selections you can make .use the three soft keys under the display and select AA (auto Attendant). next press greeting and greeting again. next it'll ask for the greeting number your probably working with greeting 1. press record to start and ok when finished. dont forget to save the greeting or it will be deleted if you exit early. hang up when finished.

The persons name is recorded in their personal mail box.Thats done by pressing open voicemail or feature 981 followed by their password, press 8 or admin and press 1 to re record thier name in the company directory.

if the password has not been changed it would be the extension followed by 997, i.e. password for mailbox 990 would be 990997 and 991 would be 991997, you can also log into mailbox 999 and assuming that password has not been changed and is 999997 you could go into admin mode and reset the mailbox security code for 990 or 991, hope that helps.

You need to go into Feature 983 system admin. You need to get the password though.

-Dial into voicemail
-Enter password to access system
-Press button for Greetings or Administrative Options menu
-Choose type of greeting
-Press button to change it and record new greeting
-Listen to new greeting and press button to confirm
-Exit system

You need to change the password on 998 if you don't know it. You can delete the mailbox password from mailbox 999 (if you have that password...).

Otherwise a certified dealer will need to use a computer to reset the password.

In the worst case scenario, the dealer's password is lost too... but a certified dealer can do a total reset on the system and get it set up again.
