My 3250 device alwayes deletes all of the contacts

It starts with deleting some of the contact "appear ablank inplace of them between names"
after a while all of the contacts disappear.
No contacts , No groups just an empty screen with exit button which doesn't respond, so you have to press the "Red Button" to exit .
NOTE: when any of my contacts call me his name appears correctly.
so I think the names still in my phone.
please How can I fix this problem or just save my contacts that I haven't backup them if there is no solution except anew software.
NOTE2:I downloaded software twice to solve this problem and it still happen .
My mobile version is v04.60 / 20-9-07 / RM-38
please help me.

How to delete contact
If you have to delete contact or contacts on your phone, you should go to contact list. Hold your finger down on the contact name you wish to delete. Select delete from the menu that appears. Then select OK. This works on the Samsung Galaxy.

How can I delete a name & phone number from the list of names existing.
For Windows phone is this

1. On Start, tap People
2. Flick to All, then find and tap the contact you want to delete.
3. Tap More , and then tap Delete.
4. If the contact is a linked contact, one contact card with multiple accounts associated with it, you'll need to tap the account you want to remove from that contact.
5. Tap Delete.

For Android is

1. Navigate to the "Contacts" or "People" menu.
2. Find the contact that you want to delete
3. Press and hold the name of the contact you want to delete (for Android 4.1 or 4.2 Jelly Bean). If it is (4.44 or kitkat) just tap once and a drop down will appear for both or additional options.
4. press delete and done.

For iphone

  1. Open the Contacts app, tap the contact to delete, then choose the "Edit" button in the corner
  2. Scroll down and tap on the large red "Delete Contact" button, confirm the deletion when asked
  3. Repeat as necessary for to remove other individual contacts

How do I add or delete contacts
since you didnt specify the model i'm telling you how i do it on my s3.

creating contact 1
hit "phone".
select "keypad"
enter phonenr
click the "add to contacts"
click "create contact"
enter name and other information you want for the contact
click "save"
done

creating contacts 2
press "phone"
select "contacts"
press the "+" next to the search
enter contact information
press "save"
done

deleting contacts
press "phone"
select "contacts"
find the contact to delete and press down on it until a options menu appears.
select "delete"
you will be asked if you are sure you wanna delete the contact
press yes if you do. no if you do not
done

How do you delete contact names and telephone numbers
Go to contact list, all your names will appear. Press options, then multi delete. You can delete which ones you want to. Or press bottom left of screen (looks like 4 dots) then address book then scroll down to delete all contacts, this will delete all at once.

It will probably stay until a different contact takes it's place. You can also try adding their name again exactly as it was. After that, edit from your list of contacts by changing the contact name and number to that of directory assistance or other contact.

Memory low n70
You need to change default storage device on your phone, from phone memry to card memory. In other words, move all data (messages, songs, videos etc) from your phone memory to card memory.
for example, go to messages>options>other>momory in use - change it to memory card instead of phone. (if your memory card is not named, it will be displayed as NO NAME).
Do the same with other data also.

Deleted contacts reappear after mobile is switched on.
maybe u should delete the contact forever so that it does not appear again other wise it will just keep popping up on u when u are doing something.
