Where are you located? there are service centers world wide. the best way is to talk to who you got the unit from and they can send it back to the distributer for repair.

check that the earth wire is making good contact , when ignition off the relay should have power to one prong , does it ? the brighter light on one prong than the other does point to a earth problem though, i presume you have checked the fuse board , as you know some fuses feed thing's not mentioned , worth a check , keep me posted if you wish
maybe you have already done this, but remember that many laptops require that you remove the battery for about 30sec. as well as disconnect the AC power to reset them. Always try to do this when everything seems completely dead. Please let me know if it's working or not,and thanks for using fixya
Have the battery load tested to determine the health and it's ability to take and hold a charge...the alternator can be tested too. If they test fine check your clutch switch. Hope this helps.
Rarely does a phone return to "normal" after a bath with the power on. You did good putting it in the rice and removing the battery as quick as you could ... Still, few phones are the same after a power on bath. Verizon isn't just trying to sell you a new phone - they know what they are talking about in this case. You will have to replace the phone or have yours professionally repaired, if you can find a place to repair it for you.
The simple fix: Replace it. Nice as your Chocolate is, it is yesterday's technology + it is not working.
Check the scanning unit by copying something on the platen. If this does not work, you have a defective scanning system. If it does work, check connections between the PC and the MX870.

The scanner is the problem, the scanner is the real bright light that comes on to scan the orginal document. Does your Scanner lamp come on? mite be burned out? stating scanner failure, doses your scanner move when it scannes the document? Motor or cicruit board that control scanner mite be bad, check the scanner "Home " position sensor maybe the scanner board and main board don't know where the scanner is phyiscal when it goes thur its routine.
Hello everyone! The Bose interface module is working again. All I did was unplug the power, wait about a minute and then plugged it back in. Whatever it did, it must have reset itself, so now everything is fine.
