Background are not possible to print.. dont know why...
But you can do one thing take a print out of the backgroung image from paint and then print your philosophy of art lesson using ppt....

You can first enlarge the template size using photoshop and don't fail to save the file as jpeg.
better use latest adobe photoshop version which will be give better result on the picture quality

You need to pay for power point. Yes you can download a free trial and you can download a free viewer but not the real program for free beyond the trial time. Once you buy the program you can get the templates from the MS website.
