I was listening to my e250 when it showed a bad track message. Now, it won't do anything. I couldn't go to the next song, bring up the menu, turn it off..anything. What's up with it?

Reset the player by holding menu for 15-20 seconds. Then don't play that song again or it will freeze again. Also I am haveing a problem with music data base it says I need to free 6 GB so if anyone could help.

Try reloading the firmware. If the Sansa Updater says that you have the lastest firmware download the firmware manually and then run the software. In addition, tech support is fantastic with Sansa give them a call or e-mail. Best Regards, Keith
