You have one of two things going on here, the boiler is really over a safe pressure (very dangerous condition if error is for real) or the pressure sensor is malfunctioning. For safety sake I would have a professional look into this, a boiler explosion is a very dangerous.

You're looking for part number 3301135601. I've come across a few Smarts with Due front panels - so measure your keypad: if it's 68x58mm you need a Due version instead.

There is an economizer valve on the machine that needs to be adjusted. I will assume it was pumping hot water, this is not a new installed machine, then the machine has scale buildup that is preventing the hot water from leaving the boiler through the tubes to the solenoid, only the mixed cold water is being dispensed. If this is a new installed machine, adjust the economizer on the boiler, remove the left panel for access. Big nut on the boiler you will see where it connects to the solenoid.

remove the top panel or front panel. Make sure there is water in the machine, and it is in the 0 position. Press the red reset switch, the turn the machine to 1, wait until boiler fills then turn to 2. If after machine fills at position 1 and you turn it to 2 and 1m minutes later there is no heat then your elements could be damaged.

The machine can sack the water directly from a water tank since the water inlet hose is conected first to presure pump. Just insert the water inlet hose in a water tank, however please take care that if you leave the pump work without ay water for more than 2 minutes the pump might be destroed.

Remove the top panel, there might be 8 screws holding it on to the machine, then loosen the screws holding the plastic front panels from bottom and remove the clip in the back, you might have to bend the side panels out to remove front panels.
