No audio sounds

Hi Jay,

When was this happened, after you've notice that there was No Audio?

Check on the taskbar first, on the lower right corner look for the speaker icon. Check if there is red cross out circle on it. If so, your sound is only muted, Un-check it! Now, If you are using Headset/Monitor try to adjust the volume into higher one(as max as you want) to check if the problem is only on output source/accessories. Or maybe, audio driver was not installed in your computer. Right click your My Computer and hit Properties > Hardware Tab > Device Manager see if theres is Yellow Question mark beside Speaker icon. Then you must update/install the accurate sound driver for your computer.

Thanks

Speakers not working

It may be cause of some problems, at first you should find that what's the source of this problem,so I suggest you some ways:
1. Plug in other speakers to your pc, if it works so the source of problem comes from your speakers and you should fix it, and if it doesn't work, too, it means that your PC and your Sound Card has a problem.
2. If source of problem comes from your PC, be sure that you installed your sound card driver.
3. After you installing sound driver, maybe the problem will terminate! if not, I suggest you reinstall your OS.
Note: You could find your sound card driver by a simple search through Google or Yahoo and find your driver.
Good luck
