I droped it when listening to music and a little tiny piece of plastic is broke on the inside edge where you stick the headset into. It still works but now I have to jiggle the head set because it won't hold it in securely.
Is there a replacement part any where or does any one have an idea?
Thanks everyone
Mean Dean, I would check out http://tinyurl.com/e8vlc (or go to http://treotricks.com and look on the side bar for audio jack fix). I have not used him so don't know how effective this is but he certainly seems knowledgeable. If you are the DIY type, he has detail instruction on how to fix it yourself.

If you are referring to the jack at the edge of the unit, you can't access the inside of it from inside the case at all. It is a closed unit that has electrical contacts attached. You need to go in the hole you show and pull it from there. It appears that the plastic tip has ome of it sticking out of the hole. Is that correct? If so you can grab the edge with a tiny pair of needle nosed plyers and yank! Another way is to get a dental hook tool and pull it from inside the plastic tip....good luck!
i had a similar problem. what had happened was maybe a piece of small lint or plastic got inside or broke off inside of headset and blocked the tiny hole at the tip. anyways, use a safety pin or anything small enough to unblock the hole.
if the radio and DVD work, and only one channel comes on when you plug in your iPhone (i assume used for music), you may have a mono plug (the tip looks like two pieces of metal, separated by plastic), going into a "stereo" jack (the stereo plug going into this should look like three pieces of metal, separated by two plastic). for the earpiece with mike, used on a cell, that plug would look like four pieces of metal.
smoething like that happened to me. do you wrap your headphones around the Ipod when you're not using it? The connections inside the headset can break if you do that, and if its not the headset, then it is likely that something in the general vincinity of the headphone jack is loose.
I have the same problem with my HBS-250. It was working fine on my iPod Touch. It worked the first couple of weeks on my iPhone 4 then stopped playing music. Phone funtion works. No music or podcasts or streaming from the web
This is a common problem. All stereo adapters will only play in the right ear. What you should do is send back the headset adapter and get a stereo headset that plugs directly into the 2.5mm jack, without going through an adapter. That should solve the problem.
the volume button may be stuck in a weird position on the inside. you may want to take it apart and clean the inside and reassemble. if you cant then a local repair shop may be able to do it for you
The safest way to fix this is to take the amp apart to get at the jack. If the jack is a solid black plastic shape, then you should replace the jack completely. Otherwise you should have access from the side of the jack to remove the piece of hte plug that broke off.
I bought the same headset and also have a K1m, I did research and found out that the k1m does not have a2dp technology so it will not play music on any bluetooth stereo headset, in order to listen to music through a headset you will have to get the handsfree wired stereo headset, bummer
