How do I turn the shuffle off?? I go to settings, choose music options, choose shuffle and highlight "on" and nothing I hit makes it change to "off". Help!!

Hello,

For the Sansa Fuze, the selection Shuffle Mode is correct, just like you told:
In Main Menu > Music > Submenu > Music Options > Shuffle Mode:
1. Select Shuffle.
2. Use thumbwheel to choose Shuffle on or Shuffle off.
(to play songs in random order, set Shuffle to ON).
3. Press Select to change the Shuffle mode.

See page 9 (=page 6) of the manual in pdf format for the Sansa Fuze:
http://mp3support.sandisk.com/sansa/UserManual/FUZE/fuze_userguide_en.pdf
Thumbwheel: 5
Select button: 9

The song does not have transfer rights - you must upgrade to Napster To Go.

Shuffle seems to play same songs

The shuffle feature shuffles songs randomly - no way to change the order.

On the Sansa Clip, you have to make the changes to the song order in Windows Media Player first, before you transfer the playlist to the Sansa, using the advanced tag editor function; change the track number. If you have already transferred the song(s) over to the Sansa, you must delete the songs on the Sansa first, or else it will not accept the playlist transfer with the new track order. You can always go back and change the track numbers that are stored in your WMP library after you have transferred the playlist to the Sansa.

My Sansa skips the songs I put on it, what can should I do

I restored settings to default factory settings and has been working and not skipping the songs. Restoring to factory settings does not delete any of your data/songs
