I have a Zen Nano 512MB MP3 player, had just under a year. I can hook it up to the computer and see and hear the songs on the computer, but when I try and press the on button/play button it reads "Creative---Zen---then please wait with the hour glass half full and freezes. I have to take the battery out of it to turn it off. Can anyone help me out there regarding this. Can it be a malfunction within the MP3 player itself. When I disconnect from the computer, it goes into the "please wait" mode and cannot get released from there. I need help desperately!
Recommend you take a look at this Creative MP3 PLayers FAQ site first, it has a lot of info. BTW, I have the Nano (but not Plus) and I think the reset-switch hole they refer to is next to the USB connector on mine. http://forums.creative.com/creativelabs/...Recommend you take a look at this Creative MP3 PLayers FAQ site first, it has a lot of info.
