depending the age of the unit and its usage, if not a lot its not the fuse,but I would say its more likely a H.V. Diode,H.V. Capacitor, or the magnetron tube.

Sounds like the magnetron has failed. There are some high voltage circuits that feed the magnetron and you can potentially get hurt if you don't know what you are doing. Would recommend you have it serviced by a professional if you want it fixed, otherwise look for a new one since the cost of repair can come close to the price of a new microwave oven.

You'll need to remove the oven from the wall.

You need to call GE customer care and order the trim you need. Make sure they will ship the replacement guide with the part. Before you do that however, carefully inspect the door to see if the old trim can be easily removed. This is important! You must determine that the door/gasket will not get out of alignment in the process. If this happens, dangerous microwave energy can escape.

Sounds like a sticky or greasy door switch, or possibly a sticky relay on the control board.
