I was just given a crib made by cosco. Model number 10T85. It has everything but the plastic pieces that make the side rail go down. I need to know the website of cosco or how to get a hold of them to get these parts.
I lost all the hardwares for the crib and need to find where to order them.

A google search did reveal another number for Alta Baby but also out of service...any help appreciated. Got the crib (Alta Baby Angelica Crib) from a friend and also need parts. I called Dorel, the parent company of Cosco and was told these cribs are now obsolete and so are the parts. Good luck to anyone looking for them, I only need 1 piece but its unusable without it.
It says on the inside of my crib rail for replacement parts call 8005441108. That is where I got my instructions from the lady at customer sevice e-mailed them righ to me.
There are also some web sites to go to for all crib parts. Here is one that I found for my crib... www.productsamerica.com
Call the store where you purchased your crib.. ask them if you can take a cuple of parts from another crib of the same modle.. or there sholud be a phone number on the crib or something .. call the number and order parts. if you cant find the number. ask the store you purchased the crib from. they will forsudre have the number. i worked at walkmart for 2 yearss. stuff like this happend all the time... Hope i Helpdd :] Thanxx

Don't use a crib that doesn't have all the hardware for it. Especially plastic hardware! The plastic hardware that makes the drop side move up and down is installed at the factory. If you have a crib where this hardware is either broken or missing, it is DANGEROUS to use. A crib is the only safe place you can leave your baby alone, do not make it un-safe by using a crib that is not fully assembled! More deaths occur in used cribs with missing or self-repaired components because parents don't think their baby could possibly get hurt. PLEASE, PLEASE, don't use this crib. Throw it away.

Forget it. I tired with Cosco and they don't have parts for cribs over 8 years old. robably the best crib ever made - for the want of a small part it goes to the dump.
You should be able to take those pieces out of the bottom ends of the crib rail bother than that I'm not sure I have been looking for the plastic pieces for the top of the rail that you squeeze together to lower the side and I called the company and they said they don't carry any parts for this crib anymore. I wish we could all get these cribs together and switch pieces that we need to make at least some of these cribs work its pretty bad. Oh well I hope this helps you.
I went to the website www.deltaenterprise.com. You will have to have the country of origin, model number and the date of manufacturer or you can not get the parts. The phone number is 800-816-5304. I do not have fast you will get the parts. I called and did not have the country of origin so I will have to wait.
