Internet Access to Various Websites is Hit or Miss

Recently Facebook has experienced connection problems with some internet service providers (example CLEAR, ATT, etc) You can sometimes view messages, and old news feed items, but it will not refresh and you cannot reply to messages. Does this sound right?

The outage started Nov 26th and is not yet resolved as of Dec 1st. The outage is also noticeable with other websites such as Craig's list and some parts of yahoo. If you are having trouble accessing news feeds on any of these sites the issue is probably not with your phone. It is the host server that connects to your internet service provider (or phone company in your case)

Therefore it is not something that you will be able to fix. There are several outages currently affecting over 100 different websites right now. Users in the Central and Western US will be affected most as well as parts of Europe. There is a 60% chance it is affecting you if you are in one of these areas.

Best course of action is to contact your internet service provider and let them know what sites you cannot access, then ask if they know how long the outage will last.

You can also try connecting using a different ISP and see if it works. The T-Mobile network still has access for example.

For example, website provide recognition of business establishments where amongs several data that is provided on site are resources contributing towards establishment operations. Websites may provide resources referencing where for example microsoft device sites provide technical support requirements. Alternatively, websites may have live features where for example, exchange of resources are achievable. Several websites perform various functionalities amongs which assignement resources are contributed towards. For example, school website provide shared resources also possible are assignement resources exploration features. However, websites could be designed to suit specifications explained briefly. If i was asked to design a website to help answer assignments, the following requirement would achieve the process.

First, The course subject would be required to determine assistance type. For example, math classes require calculator websites either as resource formular pages or formular establisment sites. if i was required to design a math class website, the formale sheet would be required to be key coded. Asking a computer programmer to create a web site would require the following lists.

1. The type of website, an example of which is assignment answering resources center.
2. Second, the programmer requires examples of what the website would perform to the requestor. For example, a simple assigments website in maths would have a separate page for calculator functionalities. Alternatively, maths websites may require from the requestor the trype of questions of assigments as module of construction. For example, i want a webpage to calculate by adding numbers. Programmers should be provided with 1+1 =2 where 1+2=3 as programmers visual guide to designing and coding the website. keep in mind that the type of request from the programmer would determine what would be produced.

Maybe you can work around this problem by using Windows Live Mail, it lets you access all of your email addresses on one page, Also when you set it up, you just have to enter the email address and it automatically sets up the rest, works pretty good.
Not sure about the website thing though.

Make sure that you have Internet connection by going to other websites which you don't normally visit.
If you have security software, try disabling it temporarily then try to click on the links again.

If you're using Internet Explorer browser, clear temporary internet files which are unnecessary. To do that, open Internet Explorer, at the top of the bar, click on Tools>Internet Options> then click on Delete Cookies, Delete Files and Clear History.

If you have Mozilla Firefox browser, go to Tools and click on Clear Private Data.

If you still can't access the links on your yahoo homepage, check if you can access links from other websites. If you're also having problems with other websites, it's a browser issue.

In cases like this, if you have Internet Explorer and you have this problem, I would suggest downloading Mozilla Firefox from www.mozilla.com

Also try to reboot your computer and modem..

And scan the computer for possible virus infection using a security software..

You may also contact your ISP so they can check if there's any latency or fluctuations on their end.

I had the same problem with my Vodafone usb modem. The issue is simply a default content control which is set to block sites that require a certain age to access.

Contact Vodafone and get them to remove the content control and you are laughing. Took me 5 minutes and the guy spoke English. Wonders never cease.
