Hello, Sounds like an LVDS Cable or T-con Board. Usually this will slowly get worse until it is repaired. It is caused by a failing T-con (Control) Board or connecting cable. T-Con Will Need replacement. This picture show's more extreme T-con board failures
Your device has the option buttons on which to select recording by observing the process from the user observation scopes. One option only could be observed at the recording session. On the other hand, disabling the option of observing a recording session on the scope lense automatically displays the recording session on the visible lense LCD screen area.
Manipulating the Camcorder is from the option buttons located along the sides of the camera. A switch on the menu area should make that experiece achievable.
So camera doesn't give live view to take picture? and you can view old / stored pictures OK, is it?

Hi, I recently had he same problem, you need to have the unit repaired, it is a small but extremely expensive part that has broken. If my recollection serves me right, it's the colour sensor. There are three that combine the colours to give natural colour. My repairer stated that vibration caused the problems to my camera. Good luck.
