Question about Philips Zenia 300 TU7370 Cordless Phone
The voicemail has stopped working. Intstead of the call going to voicemail recording, the caller gets a message ' Please enter your RC code ' I did check that the name plate of equipment has a "RC code" printed there. It is four digit number. Thanks in advance and appreciate any help.
It might be worth resetting the software for teh phone. Not sure if it is the correct solution, but it might be worth a go. To complete this process, please implement the following: 1) Disconnect the power cable from the main base station. 2) Remove the batteries from all of the handsets. 3) Leave for 5 minutes and then connect everything back again. Please note that this process will not delete any telephone numbers from your phone book or any other saved information. If applicable, you will need to set the time and date.

Sometimes, instead of the voice-mail kicking in, a digital voice says 'please enter your RC code'. The caller can hear it as well.
