LGDVT418 I cannot change the Bypass audio mode while watching a dvd. I don't hear people's voices but I hear cars, things, sounds, etc. It drives me crazy. I don't want to spend $500 for a new audio system. Please help!

i have had my lgdvt418 for about four years. when i moved in july i started experiencing the same problems with my system. i can play cd's , t.v. audio , and the radio with no problems!! but when i play dvd's i can only hear the back ground sounds and narrative??



i have been through the entire manual but have had no success. i am totally frustrated because i like the system. if i can't find any answers i will take it in locally and hope that it can be repaired. my e- mail address is [email protected] if you have any suggestions. i'm glad that i'm not the only one with this issue hi !!
