Message Receipt Failed

When i went to recieve a picture message from my gf, i went to go and open it in my inbox and it says "Message Receipt Failed". It wasnt happening to me before i left for a vacation. Before i left i turned off my phone and left it at home, incase i would loss it in vacation. and then i come back a week later and turn it on, and i see a new pic from my gf, and it wont let me open. i tried to reset the phone, do the *228 and the *22899 which are the same things and nothing changed. i keep getting that same message.

what can i do??
I just tried to get a ringtone from my brother yesterday, and it kept saying message receipt failed. He tried to send it to me twice, and nothing happened. Stupid thing!! D;<

Now I dont like my phone anymore.. No sync via Bluetooth..

Check your multimedia message settings for your SMS/MMS app. Check to see if its set to only download a certain limit. You might be set to something less than 1 MB. Can you receive normal text messages?

SOURCE: samsung F300!

You MMC file system is corrupted. Format the mmc with fat on a computer and reload the files. Then you have no problem.

try checking to see if there is a block on your picture messaging

WHEN I TRY TO OPEN MY INBOX OR SEND MESSSGAE FOLDER..I GET "OPERATION FAILED TRY AGAIN" ERROR. I DELETED ALL THE MESSAGE FORMATTED THE MEMRY STILL THE PROBLEM REMAINS. AND ALSO THE NETWORK GOES AWAY...

In every mobile when u insert sim card a message cneter no gets registered. go n check in message settings & get it confirm with ur serviceprovider this will resolve ur issue

Hi,

This may work:

Go to messages bit, settings, multimedia message, scroll down to multi msg centre,

Now if you're on montly contract, select pay monthyl, etc
try sending the message again, sometimes it may not send it properly, u may have to send the message one or twice, it'l only charge u once though,

You need to check the settings then .....

Message > Menu > Message Setup. Fill in the required and you should be away.

Master Clear and Master Rest get rid of all your pictures, ringtones, videos and address book
so beware of this !

Cannot recieve picture texts or mms

Looks like you have somehow lost the settings for MMS. Please check the settings. If you reset the phone to factory defaults, you would need to do the settings again for MMS and internet to work.

cantact your network provider and ask for a sim update and a gprs install message this will solve the problem

Operation failed
