Hi There,
Please Note That The Battery Cycle Life Depends Upon: Depth Of Discharge, Charge State, Storage, Temperature And Other Variable Stress Factors.
If it's been a year there's a possibility that the battery has worn out.
Did your unit came with an external Charger? if it does try charging through that and if it still wont hold a charge then no doubt the battery of your scooter has gone dead. make sure to replace it with an original and compatible battery to make sure that you'll take advantage of its full battery life.
Hope this helps!

Water damaged ride on thomas the tank engine.

first of all check for at least 12 volts from the battery and the charger, you can test this using a multimeter, if the battery doesn't show any volts, lift up one side of the blue plastic housing on the top and verify that both the positive and negative wires are plugged in

Train won't move. The sounds work great, and it used to move, but now it doesn't.

the sound runs from a different battery source, you'll need to remove the screw on the fron t of the seat and then lift the seat up and charge the battery with the supplied charger

The yard trimmer's battery won't take the charge. It charged overnight but I see the light is flashing red on the charger instead of green.

Time to replace the battery, most auto parts stores have battery testers to see if its bad or not.

How do you change the battery in Thomas The Tank Engine Trackmaster trains?

Go here for the manual http://www.tomy.co.uk/_download/IZFHDBYX.pdf but all you need to do is squeeze the top while pulling the centre wheels forward. This releases the clip on clamps and the top lifts off. AA battery required.

I have the Peg-perego Battery Operated Thomas the tank engine Ride-on. We bought it in 2006, used it a couple times...put it away bc my son was afraid of it. now my other son wants to ride it. When we...

I would check the battery voltage with a multimeter if possible. Battery should read at least 6 volts. Most likely the battery is too old to take a charge if it’s been sitting unused since 2006. I’d replace the battery first and then go from there.

Peg Perego Thomas Train Track Rider

Hi

Have you tried keep pressing the right hand button down. When you press the button down and hold the press, then the sounds are finished, the trains starts driving. When you release the button the train stops at once.
