First off when installing usb devices always start the installer from the cd first. then once the installer is done restart your computer, then plug in the usb antenna for the mouse on a available usb port on your computer. most of those mouses have to be charged as well before their initial use.

Im trying to use my wireless mouse with my new laptop. i plugged it in and nothings happening. i have no clue what to do

Most Cordless mice come with a plug in transmitter. That small 1inX1/2in transmitter plugs into a usb port. The computer recognizes that USB device and will couple with the mouse provided you have turned it on and the batteries are good. Be sure that you have transferred the transmitter to your new lap top.

How can i install my cordless mouse with no instalation cd

Hello
place batteries in mouse.
connect The Transmitter/reciever to the pc ( probably USB) and then press the sync button under the sender if there is one, and then press the sync button under the mouse.
windows should recognize it.
To get the driver search for your model on the manufacturer's website
and download the driver ....install driver and plug mouse in.

If this does not work let me now what OS ( operating system ) you are running.
and what you are plugging the mouse into.

I bought a logitech keyboard and mouse how do i connect to my computer and turn it on

It looks like a wireless keyboard and mouse. My Logitech keyboard and mouse have a USB 2.0 receiver, which plugs into any USB 2.0 port. Some have small USB receivers that look like memory sticks. It might be mounted on the bottom of the keyboard or the mouse. My receiver is a small box with a wire that runs to the back of the computer and plugs into the USB port. The receiver has a connect button to send a signal to the mouse and keyboard. Once they are installed you can use the button to make the mouse and keyboard recognized, by the OS.

Logitech V220 cordless mouse won't work

The V220 is a quite nice rodent, my favorite. Check 3 things.

1) Is the battery facing the right way? Minus end goes in first. Green LED should turn on for a few seconds after the battery is installed.

2) Is the mouse ON? The switch under the mouse is supposed to turn on automatically when the receiver is removed. This does not always work.

3) Unplug the USB Receiver. Connect it to a different USB port. Run the Logitech Connect utility.

If the mouse still does not work, uninstall the Setpoint software and reboot. It is possible that the driver did not install correctly. After reboot, try Step 3 again.

Setpoint software is only needed if you want to use the wheel click or horizonal scroll features.

If all else fails, try installing your V220 on a different computer.

I have a new optical USB mouse but the windows vista on my lap top did not recognise it it sea it but need driver to install it i tried every sing on the lap top to find solution but failed regarding i...

Usually Vista does not need driver to install an USB Mouse.
Try this:
Turn off the laptop, then put the mouse connection. Turn on again. See if now it is working. The mouse should be connected in "off"
If still does not work, try put in other USB port of the laptop. Usually a laptop has at least 2 USB port. Remember to connect it always in "off".
