Question about Creative Labs PC-Cam 600 Digital Camera
I have been using PC-CAM 600 software (that came with the camera from creative) for at least a year but now I can't download pixs from memory. When I connect it to USB port, the camera does work as a web cam. I can take new pixs using the camera, away from the computer using the new exsiting battery in the camera, but can't see any of them. When I try to see/dowload pixs on to the computer from the camera, the message says "Failed to download" Does anyone know alternate ways to explore and access camera memory?

Probably the driver isn't installed properly. Try updating the driver for PC-CAM 300 and PC-CAM 600.

Uninstall all reference drivers to camera, reboot then install drivers again AFTER you hook the camera up to your computer.
