Locked I was puttng songs on it and then i tried to see if they went on nd it turned on but fter that it said locked and i pushed the button down to get to the menu and it turned off. brand new battery in it too

i think your motherboard is your problem... check your motherboard to other systems.

if your ipod is frozen, hold down the center button and the menue button at the same ezact time. this should refresh your iPod

Sounds like this will need to be looked at by a qualified service technician. You may want to contact Lexmark Customer Support. If your printer is still under warranty it should probably be covered.

get some one to check the fuel presser the fuel pump might be weak

did you try pushing the little button on the side towards the on positition. It should be in the middle by default. If you push the button down, it locks the songs so they can't accidentally be deleterd. But to turn it on you need to push the button up and quickly let it go. Don't hold it or it will turn off again. Then to turn it off when you are done you push that button again and hold for about 1 second. I hope this helps. You didn't say if you tried that so I am assuming you didn't.

1. Fully charge the unit
2. Get a song to play
3. Lock the device
4. Wait for black screen and leave it like that for 20 seconds
5. Hold the play/pause button down and move the side switch out of lock mode, then push all the way down (like you're turning it off) and release (back to middle position)
6. Release the play/pause button

Since you cannot see what you are doing on the screen, I will tell you what buttons to push to un-shuffle your songs. Press the buttons in the exact order I tell you. Ok. Turn off the mp3 player, then turn it back on. Press the little menu button. Push the left arrow button once. Press the play button 3 times slowly. You are now in the menu that gives you the following options to unshuffle your music:
1. Off
2. Repeat single Track
3. Shuffle/No Repeat
4. Repeat all Tracks
5. Repeat all With Shuffle

I'm guessing that you may have to push the down arrow once or the up arrow once. This should select the Repeat all Tracks option. After scrolling up or down one time, press the play button once, then the menu button twice. Now push play to start your music. If this does not work, you can set your player back to the default settings by pushing the menu button once, pushing left arrow once, hit the play button. Scroll down 5 times, hit the play button, and push down 3 times. Be careful, because if you do not push the down arrow THREE times, you might accidentally select the option of erasing the memory.Once you push down 3 times and hit the play button, push down once more to select Yes of reseting your player back to it's original settings. This should help you out.

The songs that you tried to load are in the wrong format, or do not have transfer rihts. Convert them to mp3 format and you will never have that problem again.

heh, I got exactly the same thing. Mine is saying the player is "almost full" - it has the two songs it came with - and they work - but it wont let me copy anything from the computer. The computer knows the mp3 player is there, i used the disc that comes with it, and it still wont do anything

Try 'end of cycle' pushed down till the light goes off. Or locate the button with diagram of 'lock', & push down till the light goes off.
