CANT STOP KEYPAD FROM DOING THIS
Maybe a virus or infection has hijacked the keyboard. Try booting into
Safe Mode and see if it works. Also while in safe mode download and
install MalwareBytes and run a Quick Scan. Turn off the computer, then hit the power button to
turn it
back on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you
see SAFE
MODE. Take the Safe Mode With Networking option (this will give you
internet connectivity) and let it boot up. Safe Mode will look different
to
you, the screen will be darker and the icons bigger, this is normal.
Open your internet browser, then download and install MalwareBytes and
run a Quick Scan.
Go to www.google.com and in the search box type:
"Download cnet Malwarebytes" (without the quotes). Download and
install malwarebytes from the sites download.cnet/malwarebytes. When the
site opens up click on the Green Download button on the left. Do not
click the Red Download button, that's junk. When it finishes installing the Gui
Interface will open up with an offer to Accept a Trial Version or
Decline. CLICK DECLINE you want the totally free version. Run a
QUICK SCAN. As it scans, if it finds infections the number will be in
red. When it finishes scanning, click SHOW RESULTS. A notepad text
document will open up showing you the results. You can close the text
document and go back to the Gui Interface where you will click REMOVE SELECTED
RESULTS. The objects will already be selected for you. When it
finishes removing the objects click ok and it will sometimes reboot your
machine.
Get online
and got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "Toshiba
Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support).
Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating
system when requested. Download and install the Touchpad drivers. If
the issue still exists try Rolling your System back to a date and time
before the keyboard started acting up by running System Restore.
Click Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System
Restore. Select a Restore Point (date and time) that is before you
started having problems. System Restore does not delete you data, documents
music, pictures, videos or programs (unless the program was installed after the
restore point you selected).
If after the above steps you still have the problem try downloading and reinstalling the touchpad driver.
System Recovery loses all your data, documents, music, pictures, videos and
programs. It sets your system back to the time you first purchased it.

This is an interesting problem with four possible causes:
Problem: Your Keyboard Isn't Responding Properly
What do you do if you hold down a key and it repeats too fast
or too slow? Windows lets you make adjustments to your keyboard via the Keyboard
Properties dialog box.
Just open the Control Panel and select Keyboard, and then
select the Speed tab. Adjust the Repeat Delay and Repeat Speed settings to your
liking, and then test your settings by clicking in the blank box and holding
down a key. After you have things adjusted to your liking, click OK.
Problem: Your Wireless Keyboard Isn't Responding
Properly
This is the same issue as with a wireless mouse—your batteries
are getting weak. Replace the batteries in your wireless keyboard to put things
right.
It's also possible that you're experiencing interference with
some other wireless device. Try moving your wireless receiver or the offending
device, or turning off the other device while you're at the computer.
Just try these solutions friend. Hope I helped you Good luck

Since the spacebar is the most used key on the keyboard, it is likely a hardware failure of the spacebar itself. Replacement keyboards can be found on EBay and normally run about $20
