The printer is installed correctly and was working fine until yesterday. When I select to print a page the printer starts ok but both green light and orange light are on - the orange light flashes then stays on - nothing prints and seems that the paper is not being fed through.
Nothibg to warry about it just check tonner if its ok then do the servicing and also see for the paper jam chek may be ther e inside paper was jamed yeterday

First, you need to try update the latest microsoft office patch file from microsoft or you can open the MS Word, go to "HELP" menu select the update MS Word or related. Try the latest patch file first. You also can try windows update and select custom update, see their list have this problem solution or not. Second, you need to go to HP website download latest driver for LJ1020 and suitable use on Vista. Lastly, if still not solve the problem, you need this problem/issue to microsoft, ask their solutions. Kent

on the back side thers are two papers sensors inside the printer,they get stucked,normally they should come back

check printer door, there is a small plastic piece wich pushed down (to open) lasser scaner cover. if this piece is broken you can get blank page
