Need an updated Linux driver for WF748-UIc

I just purchased the GigaFast Wireless USB Adapter, model WF748-CUI. The Linux driver that came with it has compilation errors when compiled for a new Linux kernel. I happen to have a 2.6.18 kernel. Is there a newer Linux driver available? The one on the GigaFast.com website seems to be for the WF741-UIc version only, which runs at 11Mbps. Thanks for any help. Larry

Http://zd1211.ath.cx/wiki As per that website, the drivers are now included in the Kernel since 2.6.18. If you're manually compiling your kernel, you can find the module in the menuconfig of the linux kernel source (ie in the `make menuconfig` menu) in: Device Drives -> Network device Support -> Wireless LAN (non-hamradio) -> Wireless Lan Drivers -> USB ZD1201 based Wireless device support

Windows XP not recognize my gigafast wireless usb adapter

You need to go to the manufacturers site and get the latest drivers; if you can't find the site or newer drivers; buy a better piece of hardware - that adapter is not that good. Follow instructions in the download.
