My new I.Beat emo has been fully charged. I have tried to copy converted video files from my PC (Windows XP) but it does not complete the copying and freezes my Windows Explorer. I end the program, try again, and same thing. (By the way, Explorer no longer recognizes it as an I.Beat EMO but only as K drive). I have now safely removed the hardware and unplugged the USB cord. The I.Beat EMO now will not turn either on or off. It just regularly flashes a screen at me that reads TrekStor I.Beat EMO.
Now what?
I had the problem. if you can get it to turn on when connected to the cp, back up the music, then format the mp3 player. thats what i did and its working now
Simantously press the reset button with pin, while plugged to usb
The video may be glitched or the memory is full. Try unlocking the unit by pressing the reset button with a paperclip. It's located just below the on/off switch on the right side.

Thanks for trying. I doubt if the memory was full since I had only tried to load one 256K file and the unit has a 2GB memory. I did press the reset button--that's what got me the on/off effect! I'm definitely open to other suggestions!
it won't turn on and its fully charged
i press the reste button and rarely it will elet me connect it to the pc but now its not even turning on to let me see the trekstor
