My Jenn Air range/oven JES9860AAS is not able to register "4" thru "0"; "Stop Time", "Convect Bake", "Meat Probe", & "Convect Roast" on the touch pad. Also a message "Remove Probe" comes out at times. Do I need to change the Touch Pad (Jenn Air #74005747) or the the Oven Control Board (Jenn Air #74009319) or does both have to be replaced. This problem occurred about 5 years ago and both was replaced while still under warranty

there is no real way to reset it you reset it when you turned the breaker off, It sounds like the EOC (electronic oven control) is faulty. I would just keep reset it and keep doing that to bake the turkey how hot will it get before it buzzes? is it showing any error codes?? F1, F2, F3 etc.....

Your control panel is getting ready to quit. Mine did the same thing, I ignored it and now nothing on the touch panel works. About $150.00 for the part.

I believe you need to order part #1 in the accompanying breakdown. the part # is 74011539 and it is called control panel/switch assembly. this is the piece with the ribbon cable that plugs into the control unit #10 in the diagram. you can price it out at your nearest appliance parts store. hope this helps.

Hi, could you send me the complete model and serial numbers from the tag on the range? There are some letters after the JES8850 that are needed to look up the correct parts.
Thanks!
