SOURCE: fuse
Unplug the receiver first, then take off the top and follow the A/C cord into the unit. It should go right to the fuse, or it will go to the transformer and then the fuse. It should be a glass fuse for this unit, about an inch or so long and in a cylinder shape with metal tabs on each end. You can usually tell if it is good just by looking at it. If the glass area looks a little black it is bad, if it is clear you need to look very close and see if the filament inside is intact and not broken or separated at any point. A clear fuse can still be bad, that's why you need to look close. If the filament is in good shape, it is probable good.
If you replace the fuse and then plug it back in and turn it on, and then it blows the fuse again, please do not keep trying to turn it on or put in a higher rated fuse. It will only damage the unit further. You will need to have it checked by a service technician, it probably has a blown channel and replacing the fuse over and over again will only damage more parts.
