Question about Coby MP-C641 (256 MB) MP3 Player

Please help When I turn on the mp3 player it displays Coby and stays that way. I have to take the battery out to get it to turn off. Then, when I hook up the USB cord, the player shows a bunch of symbols on the screen but I can?t access any songs.

Sorry u need to purchase a knew one either your connections were messed up on your usb cord or its simply jus not in process anymore bring it to someone who knowa how to fix mp3 players or purchase a new one WAL-MART HAS SOME GREAT DEALS ON THEM

I have a coby mp3 610 4G and it will not do anything i.e. will not turn on, reset, or charge. it simply will not do anything at all but a blank screen

Have a Coby MP-C7085 that will not turn off. What

Hello :

First you need to wait until the battery is empty to let it shut off .
then you need to replace your mp3 player battery with a new one . When battery life is ended , it can't be recharged anymore .
