There is no support for IMO at this time on Windows phones.

Always get your drivers and specific software from the manufacturer of your Laptop, Notebook or Desktop. They are usually free of charge.

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, usually one is able to download if available, by model number, All available Driver downloads as required.

If the driver is not available, perhaps your manufacturer does not support the OS you are installing.

This is the best way of ensuring up to date drivers for your system and they are free of charge!

1st You download Webcam Driver.
driver of my toby webcam 5mp FM358
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

I cannot promise this will work, due to this was found on the internet, but it might help you.

There are 2 other links listed on that page, Manual and the driver file, the files are hosted on rapidshare site. download the driver using the free user option. More than likely ok but I don't have the camera to test it out. Also I downloaded the file and scanned with Antivirus and it was clean or free of viruses.
