Nokia 2630 phone does not 'boot up'

SOURCE: nokia n91 cannot connect to pc thru usb cable

plz connect the data wire to the phone and also connect it to the PC go to connectivity and choose pc suite or data transfer or data storage or mass storage

pc suite install after n72 sofware insert cd rom now data cable conected phone to pc find new hjadware plse search install the driver file, two times try it

hi, don't panic! You mobile phone is fine, problem is with the sim card. Try inserting sim card in some other phone (Try Nokia) it will definitely work. If you dont hav different mobile phone then carry your sim card to customer care and they will change the same and give you duplicate sim. They may charge something for duplicate sim card.

Have had many similar issue with Nokia phones & PC Suite connections - works fine then stops - in add remove programs there is an entry called PC Connectivty Solution - it does not say Nokia unless you go change then it says Nokia - remove this, the Nokia suite & Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver - restart PC, switch off phone, remove battery, switch on, reinstall and it should work.
