Windows unable to format my player

Hi all, am using new MPIO FL400 model player,when i tried to format the player with MPIO utility it's saying that window's not able to format the flash drive.if i tried continiously then it's formatting sometimes but it's showing no free space at all what i have to do... pleae help me regarding this issue.. thanks in advance regards bharathi

Ok you have to format by itself. reset the fl400 by the pinhole then when its off press play and menu at the same time for 10 seconds then press and hold the rec or rew button. after the format, run mpio utility press on setup & conf now you havet it like new

The same thing happened to me and thanks to this comment I could fix it BUT something ese is wrong with my device. When I turn it on instead of the logo the display is all white and I can't read the tittles of the songs. It only shows lines. How can I fix it?

Can´t turn it on after formatting (using Mac DiscUtility)

Mpio fg200

Turn off the unit and connect it to the computer.
The computer should recognize the player.
Run a program called Mpio Utility (Can be found on the CD or Mpio.com)
Select format & Config
That should do the trick.

My Mpio FG100 is messed up! Help! Please!

lol thats not how .... switch the hold switch on, press and hold func botton press play while holding then turn on the mpio while holding after that a screen saying"preceed to format? press rec hold for N secs til screen pops up saying that its doing a low level format

memory problem Hi All, I have bought a MPIO FL400(Quartz) mp3 player just one month back. Now , I am in deep trouble with it as it is having severe memory problem. It shows 995 MB used space(Full). But it doesnt have ,even a single file.While formatting, Windows is asking to delete atleast 5 MB of disk space. Finally, MPIO cannot be formatted too. The player stands still while it is getting switched On.So anyone please give me a solution for this problem so that u will be vey much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
