The system acts like it is armed and then like someone opening the door and the counting beeps start. The thing is, the system is not armed and no one opened anything. This even happens when the system is armed. There is a BAT message. We have replaced the battery on the 7845gsm and cannot find any batteries on the keypads or glass break.
The beeping stops after entering code, but several hours later, starts again. Even when we do not enter the code, the system never sets the alarm.

Re: The system randomly beeps
If it is wireless, then one or more of the switches need a new battery. I suggest replace them all and mark the date inside the box. I assume that there is no yellow triangle showing on the alarm panel. Triangle is for no phone connection.

Interesting, seems alarm has been set-off before<now circuit is ON> and not been re-set back to neutral<re-set circuit to OFF> so when doors are closed, alarm memory retains previous set alarm memory <circuit set to ON>. It'ill go off again whenever door being opened, regardless it have been armed or left open as the memory circuit recognise it still as before alarm set-off<circuit is set ON>.
Solution, 1) Read your car owner's manual in the alarm section, read on how to re-set alarm to neutral if it has been set-off while armed [my experience is by turning the ignition key as if you are going to start the car engine but do not start engine then back to off position, do it 3 times as it will beep after 3rd run]. 2) On 4th run, start the engine, lock all doors then unlock it, 3) Turn off engine, get out from car, lock doors and arm alarm. 4) Dis-arm alarm, open doors and see if it still set-off alarm as before.
If all that doesnot work, go to your local dealer as alarm system has a system fault that can't be fixed without proper equipments.

You are getting trouble beeps, every time you press status you delay the alarms for 4 hours then they begin again and beep every minute. You need to run a sensor test to find out which sensor has a problem. Open the panel, enter your code and press the test button, it will begin scrolling through the sensors. Activate each sensor until it stops, if one doesnt work it will keep asking you to activaate it. You probably have a dead battery in a sensor.
