This firmware upgrade only works with Creative MuVo Micro N200 players. Do not install this upgrade to other players.
You will lose all content in your player when you install the firmware. Back up any audio or data files in your player to your computer before upgrading the firmware.
Before installing the firmware, please complete the following procedures:

  1. Download the latest device driver if you have not installed any drivers for your player. The file name is MStorage_PCDRV_LB_1_07_00_250.exe.
  2. Connect your player to your PC.
  3. Close all active applications (for example, Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, or Windows Media Player etc), as well as background applications such as Norton anti-virus applications.
  4. Double click on the file MStorage_PCDRV_LB_1_07_00_250 to install it. Follow the instructions on the screen.
To install the firmware for your player, follow the procedures below:
  1. Download the firmware update, MuVoN200_PCFW_LF_1_20_04.exe to your hard drive.
  2. Connect your player to your PC if it is not already connected.
  3. Double click the firmware upgrade file.
  4. When prompted to set your player in Recovery mode, disconnect your player from your PC.
  5. Remove the battery from the player, press and hold the Play button while connecting the player to the USB port.
  6. Continue to hold the Play button for about 10 seconds after your player is connected to the USB port.
  7. When the Find New Hardware dialog box appears on your PC screen, release the Play button.
  8. If this is the first time a player is installed as Player Recovery Device, Windows will find a Player Recovery Device (or USB Device), and prompt you for drivers. Click on No , and select Do not search. I will choose the driver to install. Windows will install the necessary drivers automatically.
  9. Double click on the downloaded firmware again (MuVoN200_PCFW_LF_1_20_04.exe) to update the player's firmware.
  10. During the firmware update process, make sure to check the box next to Format Data Area under Download options.

Acer aspire PC model M3470G with error msg:can't find reboot disk or it is damaged

check bios at boot for any 'hard disk detection' options to see if the drive is actually getting power and being recognized by the system. If it is, it may likely be the boot record, which will require a reload or restore.

I visualise this msg on pc 'non disk system error or disk error'

This error is caused by the boot device (hard drive, DVD, etc) not having the required Operating System files. You may need to find a different Boot Device, like maybe a DVD, with the boot files on it. Boot from DVD and reinstall HD files.

Bootup problem

Your CPU is overheating.

Try and get into the BIOS and increase the fan speed & any aother fan on the system. Don't increase the temperature range, as this will damage the system.

You won't be able to sort out the software problem until the system is running within the hardware limits.

You can also run a office fan to help get the system to cool while making the changes in the BIOS.

Open Files with .MSG File Extension Do you want to open a message with the Outlook .MSG file extension? The Encryptomatic MSG File Viewer makes it easy access Outlook MAPI message files (.msg files) created in Outlook 2000/XP/2003.
MSG Viewer reads .msg files encoded in western characters. It will display the text contents of the .msg file on your monitor. You can also print the message, save it to a text file, and extract file attachments.

Easy to Use Encryptomatic's Outlook .MSG Viewer is simple to use. It may be optionally installed as the default .msg file handler. This enables you to display a .msg file by simply double clicking it.
Extracts File Attachments from Outlook .MSG Message Files
Users can extract and save to disk any file attachments that were included in the Outlook .msg file, a useful feature not found in other viewers of this price class. To extract email attachments, just double click on the file attachment and save it to a directory.

viewer-screen.jpg What it Doesn't Do
The MSG Viewer is designed to give you quick access to an .msg file's text contents, file attachments and header information. It does not render colors, formatting or graphics, and it is not a full featured substitute for Outlook. With an RTF message with colored text and font formatting, the text will appear in black and white and the paragraph formatting will be lost (as in the message above). MSG Viewer displays only Western characters.
