Yes and no. Yes you can connect the PS3 to the plasma using the component video inputs, games and videos will play fine. However the native resolution of the TV is only 480P (852X480 pixels) which is much lower than the 1080P that the PS3 is capable of. If you want a tv that can get the best possible image from the PS3 you would need a TV with full 1080P resolution and HDMI ports for digital input. Hope this helps!
