Re: stroller wheel problem
Here is the link to the manual if you need it;
Page 17 gives all the contact details for parts.
If you have tried them and had no luck, then apart from finding a broken stroller the same to steal bits from, you could take the stroller to any reasonable machine shop and they should be able to make something up quite easily.
Hope this helps :)

I have had this stoller for two years and these locking clips have all gone missing. The manuf. at www.kidzkargo.net apperars to be OOB. I took it to a pro bike shop and they said if the manuf does not have it, then holes will have to be drilled into the axels and pins inserted. This is a BAD stroller. Good Luck
you will find contact information to purchase a new footplate and wheel assembly. Check that you do need a wheel as well as the footplate and you may just need the footplate only (that would be about £30 ish).
Listening to what you have described, it sounds as if the hood clamps have snapped, this does mean a new hood most of the time.
I would suggest that you contact Maclaren at their website, or go to the link below, input your postcode into it and locate the nearest authorised Maclaren Service Agent who will be able to look at it for you.
I hope this helps.
Just call Kolcraft themselves. They are really easy to talk to. I have had to do it a couple of times. They have replacement parts for a lot of stollers that may not be online. Just go to www.kolcraft.com and click on contact us on the bottom of the page. It will give you a phone number to call. Good luck!
I have same problem... I took the main bolt out that holds the plastic pieces to the metal frame, that holds the wheel assembly on that side. I pulled it off and found that the aluminum frame had actually ripped, broke a metal section off under the plastic area... Looks like the frame would have to be re-welded to function again... Take that area of your wheel apart, and see what is hiding beneath the plastic covering... Good Luck...
Problem suggests that the stroller has sustained structural damage in the accident.If you use it with any additional weight than what is the recommended as per cataloge the stroller may give away causing injury.The damage is beyond repairs and hence it is not safe to use the equipment any more.
