Picture brarred, focus responding but cant improve picture quality

I have a problem with my tv, audio is perfect,but picture can be seen but focus too poor, hardly can ready menu disply or channel numbers. focus is reponding but cant improve picture or graphics clarity. i thought it was processor i.c TB1226DN,but after changing problem still persit, i will be greatiful for your solution

Did u try adjusting the focus knob in the flyback transformer? this device is connected to the anode of the picture tube which produces the high voltage so be very careful of adjusting it. dont touch the wire linking to the tube. thats approximately more than 21,ooo volts dc! good luck!

Poor focus on a 0.3 megapixel camera supplied with the machine (built in webcam) I have tried to adjust the focus, but these controls are shaded out in the supplied software.

You cant do anything to improve the quality as its the hardware. you cant change the quality of hardware by using any software. You can download other photo editing tools to alter images but the supplied software is the best.

If there is text with the photos on the page, set the quality to photo/text mode. If you are copying just photos then set the quality to photo mode.

Seems to me you should have to contact a technician to adjust manually the circuit side of it. Usually the screen and focus control knob on the flyback to adjust the settings.

Grainy Sky+ Tv picture

Can't say it's a fix but when you press the tv button to make the picture better, cover the end of the remote and press sky so the tv and box don't pick it up.

It's more of a work around than a fix!

Poor picture quality & audio reception

If the input to a HD tv is not in HD format the tv won't display an image very well. Be sure your input to the tv is compatible with the tv's technology for optimum performance quality Also re-check the input source (such as converter box, dvd player, etc..) and be sure you have the correct input/output ports connected properly. Try to reset all yout tv settings back to manufacturers defult specs. When an input signal is sent to the tv most modern tv's have software built in to select the proper format to display the input image. There may have been a mismatch communication error when your tv software tried to "handshake" with your converter box input signals from its firmware. So try a reset solution and re-connect the tv without the converter and see if that helps. If not e-mail me and I'll determine if the tv needs technical servicing.

Samsung projection tv HCN4226W. Blue does not focus when using perfect focus. The picture improves if the tv is on for a long time, but the center does not focus properly.

This is a good indication that there are poor solder connections at the convergence ICs. If you can solder, you can fix this yourself. The convergence ICs are large black ICs attached to a heat sink and will be marked STKxxx. Resolder the pins for these and the problem should be resolved.
