Question about Hobart HL600 Legacy Stand Mixer
I have Hobart HL600 Mixer. 2 days ago, I got the power outage and electricity returned quickly. After that, I see Error 13 on the timer display. I unplugged the power code and waited several minutes and plugged back in. The error code disappeared for a minute and came back, I called the Hobart service technician, and he recommended to replace whole drive(including computer board) and this will cost $1,800. I disconnected power cord for 12 hours and reconnected and tried again. Now the machine runs almost full cycle, but after 10 minutes, the Error 13 displayed again and stopped. Any advice?

I know what these codes are: code 19 is that phase c is over current fault and code 23 is a motor stall fault.I would start by making sure you 3 phase wiring going into the mixer is there.I service these mixers as im a service tech for hobart.these units are very detailed and i can walk you thru some things to check but if you have an electrical problem you most likley will have to call a hobart service tech because we have special equipment to diagnose the fault.let me know it may be something simple as these mixers are usally maintenance free.
