The Printer's Control Panel Displays 009-358 - Contact Service
Solution (try these steps in order)
1. Turn the printer off, wait 30 seconds and turn the power back on
2. The printer will need to be repaired power off the printer and contact service

I also have a Xerox DocuColor 2006 printer and am getting error code 009-342. I also have a problem with taking a long time to warm-up (about 8-10 minutes). The long warm-up occurs even if I open one of the printer doors and don't touch the power switch.
