Question about Xerox DocuColor 2006NPC Laser Printer

Error Code I have a Xerox Docucolor 2006 that is giving me an error code of: 009-359. The two solution Xerox gives are turn it off for 30 seconds, if that doesn't work, call for service. This machine is in my home, 65 miles from Las Vegas, there is no one who will service it. I do most of the service myself. I have recently replaced the fuser and last year replaced the manual feed assembly, so I can do a lot of the work myself if I can find out what the code means! (It was been running fine after the fuser replacement.) Please don't tell me my poor machine needs to find a new home at the dump!! Thanks!

    I also have a Xerox DocuColor 2006 printer and am getting error code 009-342. I also have a problem with taking a long time to warm-up (about 8-10 minutes). The long warm-up occurs even if I open one of the printer doors and don't touch the power switch.

Hi, all I know that is something about Xerographic components.
Try to clean printer inside,sensors etc.... and run some user adjustments.

This code means that printer is not detecting the cartridge. you can try to to remove it and re seat it or it could be faulty, her is a list of all of the codes.

Xerox docucolor 3535 116-321 error

Unplug the ethernet cable, If it does not come up with the code then.
Search for something like internet printing turned on somewhere.
That's a freaky code that normally is associated with some odd ball print job being sent to the printer, or something trying to access the network address. It is a pain sometimes to diagnose.

I got a Error code 9-343

any 9 -xxx code is related to the xerographic area of the machine NOT the fuser area- you don't mention the model number so I can't be specific, but try the Drum/CRU/toner area, make sure you haven't dislodged anything (modules, plugs, sockets etc.)
