I'd like to clean the inside of my Mitsubishi television. The model number is VS-5003R. How do I remove the screen ti gain access inside. I had a repairman do this years ago, but I forgot how he removed the screen.

A can of compressed air might do the trick. If dirt is stuch, I'd suggest useing the same chemicals/cloths/etc you would use for cleaning camera lenses. Check at your local photo store.
Just make sure the lenses aren't hot when you apply cold and/or flamable chemicals.

I hope you don't mean picture tube, because a picture tube is not a bulb. And if it is a bulb then there should be a door for the entrance to it. You never take off the screen to remove a bulb.

Don,
You were in the right place going at it from the front. After removing the grill the bottom edge of the screen has a series of screws holding the lower edging down. Remove the screws and gently but firmly work the sides of the screen frame up to unlatch the top. When you have the screen/frame in your hand just be careful not to go to far with it - wires attaching the panel controls are still attached and don't have a lot of extra length.
Clean the cans, mirror and reverse area of the lenticular screen and re-assemble.
