The same problem. No sound im my zeppelin air bought this month. In dock or via air play with iPhone4 or AppleTV. Firmware already updated. Any idea how to fix it?
send it back, flashing light is a power supply board problem, comes to light in all models except most recent z2 models.
return and it should be fixed by compamy foc .
if you are honest report it to b and w service and they will possible charge you. if you are not, report that the red light is flashing ( & not playing anything), and they will fix it and find that the arm is faulty and hopefully fix it.
the rumbling would relate to component failure, and when the red light flashes the power board failure has kicked in, these are known problems with current models in all but the very latest, there are twoboards which tend to be replaces, so just contact retailer or b and w and they should fix it with no bother.
if it is jumping, then report to b and w. I believe they do not know the cause and more than likely replace the unit if they cannot fix. make sure you you make them aware of the jumping in output.
